Because our snacks are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.

Refund/Replacement requirements are:

  • Description of product and any information
  • Lot number
  • Online order number
  • Any photos of product and packaging you may have
